Today we are going to cook an omelette monsters using an Australian recipe. We’ve chosen it because it will be Halloween very soon and we hope it’ll be really funny!Halloween is a very special holiday for kids as they get to wear spooking costumes of their favorite characters. Mine are monsters! In some countries, the kids perform some tricks such as magic tricks, sing a song, tell a joke, play musical instruments, or any other talent the kids may have. I think my talent is cooking!

• dark leafy greens or dark cabbage
