Цель урока: совершенствование лексико – грамматических навыков по теме “Identity”
Образовательныезадачи:
- Совершенствовать грамматические навыки использования в речи фразовых глаголов;
- Совершенствовать лексические навыки использования речевых единиц для описания характера человека;
- Тренировать учащихся в умении составлять монологическое высказывание по теме.
Воспитательные задачи:
- Воспитывать уважение к личности человека
- Воспитывать умение слушать друг друга
Развивающие задачи:
- Развитие мышления, памяти, развитие аналитических способностей учащихся.
Ходурока:
Этап1: Приветствие. Организационныймомент. Сообщение целей урока.
Teacher: Good morning! How are you today? Take your seats. Who is absent today? Thank you. Let’s start our lesson. Today we are going to revise for the test. So, our plans are:
- to revise multi-part verbs
- to revise the vocabulary describing personality
- to make oral descriptions of famous characters
Этап 2: повторение и закрепление фразовых глаголов
Слайд №1
Teacher: complete the sentences with the multi-part verbs from the list. In brackets you have the cues to help you guess the right verb.

Teacher: now, after we have revised the meanings of the multi-part verbs, complete the text with the same verbs. Don’t forget to put them in the right Tense.
Students complete the gaps individually, then read out the text to check their answers.
Этап 3: Закрепление лексических единиц по теме “ Характер человека”

Teacher: match the adjectives on the left with their definitions on the right.
Students have some time to read and match the adjectives and their definitions in pairs. Then students read their answers one by one to check the answers.

Teacher: Now look at the following list of adjectives and try to make your own definitions. You may also give examples of people’s behavior.
Students individually think about their own definitions. Then they report back to the class. Ss may add or correct the definitions of their classmates to make them better.
Этап 4: Совершенствование монологических умений. Составление описаний персонажей с использованием тематической лексики.

Teacher: Look at the photos of these famous people and characters. Choose one of them to describe. Describe their appearance and traits of character. Prove your ideas with some facts from their lives and examples of their behavior in different situations.
Students prepare their descriptions individually. The teacher monitors the activity and helps with some vocabulary if necessary. Then students present their descriptions to the rest of the class.
Teacher: Whose description did you like most? Why? What can you add to the description?
